For our team in Hamburg we are looking for IT-Magier (all genders) at the User Help Desk in full time / part time at the next possible time. The following tasks await you: You take incoming soft and hardware disorders professionally in the large customer environment You are working on the problems in the ticket system: Priority, Classification and Documentation You carry out error analyses and introduce measures You provide first aid via Remote Support and offer solutions If necessary, you will continue to conduct malfunctions to downstream units

You are an IT-affin and you like working in a team You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level); good English skills are advantageous You are safe to use Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 You have a completed vocational training in the IT environment or professional experience in the IT support environment (nice to have)
