The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry. The clinic is a teaching hospital at the University of Kiel and operates its own educational centre with around 200 apprentices.

Engaged knowledge transfer: They train and accompany employees in the handling of nursing IT applications and support internal projects for the further development of the care organization.

They have completed training as a nurse or a comparable qualification and ideally provide additional training in intensive care. They have very good knowledge of nursing documentation requirements and quality standards and apply them safely in practice. They provide a strong understanding of care organizational processes and structural processes. They are experienced in handling hospital information systems as well as digital care documentation and have a high affinity for digital applications and process optimization. They are characterized by a high self-initiative, a sense of responsibility as well as team-wide and organization-wide thinking.
