Your tasks - shape the future together: Design the digital future of personnel management in the Würth Group - together with an international team of eight dedicated colleagues. Take international responsibility for the introduction and global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding. Design the project strategy and represent the project towards corporate management, management and HR management, including meaningful status reports. As a Business Process Owner, you define and harmonize international HR process standards and manage their implementation in close cooperation with Würth IT and global stakeholders. Priorise further developments and drive business requirements around SuccessFactors Employee Central. Accompany change management measures and training activities and ensure smooth integration of new societies into the system landscape. Work actively on international projects to optimize our HR processes and make the roadmap a vital part of the future of our central personnel management system.

Your profile - grow together: Completed study, ideally in business, IT or a comparable subject area. Multiannual experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - complemented by other modules - from consulting or international corporate context as well as a sound understanding of HR processes and global organizational structures. Project management competence to ensure budget, time and quality objectives as well as experience in change management, ideally in the global context. Communication strength, team orientation and safe occurrence towards corporate management, management and HR management. Proactive, independent working and pleasure in taking responsibility. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for international cooperation.
