Skills Completed studies in the field of finance, economics, business management or a comparable subject area Multiannual professional experience in HR Controlling, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Workforce Planning or as Finance Business Partner Funded knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, personnel cost management and data analysis Excellent Excel and BI skills (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors) Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking and the ability to build structures and processes independently Experience in a dynamic, international environment, ideally in a private equity-led company English knowledge in word and writing
