We, the Institute of Emergency Medicine, is a nationwide training and simulation centre for medical professionals. We train and train treatment teams in the optimal processing of emergencies, our spectrum ranges from courses to the exploration of the Manchester Triage System and basic courses for emergency care, internationally certified course formats, to the highly complex full-scale simulation in real, clinical working environment.

For our location in Hamburg St. Georg we are looking for you as (m/d) as a lecturer in medical simulation and emergency training in parttime (min. 19.25 hours / week)

Preparation, implementation and reconditioning of medical training and simulation formats mediation of medical content as well as of crew resource management (CRM), communication, teamwork and structured action in critical situations Organization and execution of external training in clinics including regular service trips (approximately one to twice a month) Professional and responsible handling of modern simulation equipment Active participation in the development of innovative training concepts, simulation scenarios and course formats Interprofessional cooperation with different professional groups and clinical teams

Completed training as a nurse or emergency medical technician:in, ideally with experience in acute, emergency or intensive care readiness to regularly travel within Germany Joy in the practical communication of knowledge and medical content Open and resilient personality with team spirit and organizational talent Quick conception and a high degree of sense of responsibility, initiative and reliability Self-employed and solution-oriented work Interest in modern presentation, training and simulation technology as well as a pronounced technical affinity Flexibility for occasional bets in the evening hours or weekends Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Home in Hamburg or the surrounding area or the willingness to make Hamburg a professional food point
