We at Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) are responsible for the worldwide service and parts business of Mercedes-Benz AG. We work closely with international markets. These challenges include: You are involved in the development of digital portfolio strategy based on strategic corporate goals and market developments You support the provision of usage data for our products in close cooperation with other teams You analyze new ideas for our portfolio in terms of economic and strategic key figures You set up decision and presentation bases for various bodies
