Head of Logistics (m/w/d)

Total responsibility for all logistic activities at the site (storage and transport) Creation of personnel deployment plans, shift plans and holiday plans Planning, control and optimization of the flow of goods within the plant (from storage to dispatch) Responsible for personnel development, employee retention and mentoring Close cooperation with supply chain, purchasing, quality and production Establishment and maintenance of a key payment system including analysis and action management Developing strategies to increase productivity with a continuous improvement Construction and maintenance of the interface for finished goods logistics Active participation in multi-site logistics projects

Complete studies in the field of logistics or comparable studies and corresponding additional qualifications Multiannual experience in a leadership position Experience in supply chain management and knowledge of Lean principles Safe handling of popular MS Office applications (Excel analyses, Word, PowerPoint) Ideally advanced knowledge in SAP Very good language skills in German and English Self-employed working, team skills, team training and development Analytical skills and problem solving skills Consistent and systematic approach Organizational and enforcement skills Excellent communication skills
