Systemic Consultant (m/f/d)

You advise people of different hierarchical levels from cross-industry companies individually on different psychological and psychosocial topics – on site with the customer, in our health center or partially virtual Ideally, you can imagine working with groups and teams in perspective as well as holding seminars or lectures on psychosocial topics. You evaluate the processes, guide customer-specific recommendations and develop concepts In addition, you advise and support health-restricted employees and tax reintegration processes for our customer companies in the region according to the operational reintegration management (§ 167 SGB IX) You support our sales by your expert You stand in regular exchange with colleagues:inside and benefit from our nationwide well-established internal employees network

You have completed a master's degree in psychology, pedagogy or a comparable subject You have completed a systemic consultant training You have several years of experience in psychological and psychosocial counseling Optimumly, you already have experience in escorting psychosocial crises Ideally, you are trained and certified as a CDMP (Certified Disability Management Professional) You are entitled to conduct excellent consulting processes You want to convince as an expert and can also integrate yourself into an interdisciplinary team You like to travel locally and have your own car Your strong consulting and social skills are yours You work service-oriented, independent and careful
