Consultation of disabled workers and their employers to ensure and improve employment conditions and in BEM and prevention talks under SGB IX to ensure endangered working conditions Approval of financial services in the context of accompanying assistance in working life according to SGB IX Implementation of termination protection proceedings under SGB IX, including the decision on the outcome of the proceedings Lecture on topics of inclusion and integration Training on topics of inclusion and integration The appointments are regularly held by employers on site.

completed diploma or Bachelor in Higher Non Technical Service (Public Management, Pension Insurance, General Financial Administration), Social Economy, Social Law, as an alternative to the first legal state exam or a comparable degree Knowledge of administrative and social law, labour law and the right of participation of people with disabilities Professional experience in a comparable task is advantageous willingness to make decisions (self-) responsible and independent as well as to work flexibly good communication skills, negotiation skills and enforcement skills Team skills Interest in an activity that is performed alternately in the field, office and home office driving licence class B
