The operational asset management takes over the role of the internal client for network projects at TransnetBW. In order to implement the energy transition in Baden-Württemberg, the necessary regional target network, intermediate networks, renewal needs of our transmission network and further measures in the existing network are planned. These plans are incorporated into long-term concepts for the development of the substations and management systems and are transferred to projects. They have a close look at the asset life cycle and develop the asset management system at TransnetBW. They control and process technical processes in operational asset management. They identify process and technical improvements along the asset life cycle with their broad know-how, analyze the in- and output of individual process steps and accompany the implementation of adjustments. You vote your actions across departments, moderate change processes and make decisions. They provide complete documentation – including the objectives, processes and regulatory documents – and act as a central contact person for asset management systems.

They have completed technical university studies and comprehensive knowledge of the relationships in the life cycle of network sets. They have expertise on energy networks and experience in asset management. They are characterized by their ability to analyze complex, cross-disciplinary relationships, to bring them together properly and to communicate about them. You can use your broad technical and methodological knowledge in a targeted and practical manner and bring experience in the design of change processes. You have good English skills, a class B driver's license and willingness to travel for occasional trips.
