In the course of an age succession, we are looking exclusively for a management of gas station management (m/w/d) in an unlimited direct setting. In this key role, you take responsibility for the petrol station sector and run a dedicated team of around 15 employees.

Strategic and operational management of the Service Station Management division Leadership, development and motivation of a team of about 15 employees Management and supervision of service providers and business partners Control and optimization of maintenance, rebuilding and modernization measures Planning and responsibility for budget, investment and expansion projects Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and communication with authorities Designing innovation projects (e.g. new energy concepts) and developing the department

Successfully completed studies or training with an economic or technical focus Multiannual relevant professional experience, for example in the mineral oil, energy, transport logistics or gas station industry Entrepreneurial thinking & strong service orientation for sustainable business development leadership experience and a motivating, cooperative leadership style Analytical skills & numerical affinity for controlling economic processes High self-responsibility & decision-making pleasure in a dynamic environment Occasional readiness for cross-site activities
