• Personal care: You are responsible for a defined area of care at one of our logistics locations and bringing your ideas into daily staff work

• Advice at eye level: You are the first contact person (m/w/x) for employees with questions about salary, holidays or internal regulations and supports our managers in implementing their leadership tasks

• Promote further development: You support our managers in the professional and personal development of their employees

• HR processes: You control operating HR processes with a clear quality claim and develop them with us

• Projects: You work on HR initiatives - from the introduction of digital tools to topics such as onboarding, retention or people development

• Networking & working together: You work closely with other HR colleagues (m/w/x) and areas - locally and across locations

• HR-Background: Complete study of economic, social and legal sciences

• Professional experience: 2-3 years of practical experience in the HR environment, ideally in the operational personnel sector or in logistics

• Labour law: You already bring user knowledge with labour law topics

• Pragmatism & Structure: You work solution-oriented, think with and keep an overview - even if it gets hectic

• Project experience: You have already accompanied smaller projects or HR initiatives and want to further develop in this area

• Team & Communication: You communicate clearly, empathically and at eye level - also with employee representation, with fluent German and good English skills
