Complete study of computer science or comparable training/qualification with corresponding professional experience in the IT-related environment, e.g. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Funded knowledge in the administration of operating systems (Windows, macOS, possibly Linux). Experience with IT management tools such as Intune, SCCM or JAMF for device management. Confidence with cloud services and hybrid IT infrastructures. Strong customer orientation to provide employees with an optimal working environment. Fast and reliable processing of support requests. Agile's mindset, solution-oriented thinking, joy in working in an agile team and hands-on mentality. Current knowledge of German in word and writing.

You take over the administration and development of digital workplace solutions (e.g. Microsoft 365). You manage and integrierst tools (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence). The implementation and management of self-service solutions for user requests as well as the provision of software and tools are in your hands. You process and solve support requests in 2nd and 3rd level support. The evaluation of new technologies for the continuous improvement of the digital workplace environment is yours. You identify vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation measures. .
