Implementation of project management (project setup, implementation and control) Operating contactin for customers in the daily business Responsibility for executives (Team Managerin) and your team with up to 50 employees Development of existing accounts and implementation of new accounts Preparation and implementation of meetings and personnel talks (including target agreement talks, perspective talks, assessment and dismissal talks) Responsibility for the sales planning (desire/actual comparison) of the qualitative and quantitative project objectives including earnings responsibility

You combine leadership skills with customer and sales orientation and keep an overview in challenging situations? Then we are looking for an exciting leadership task with a lot of design playroom. Experience as senior team leader in inbound and outbound campaigns desirable Multiannual experience in employee management and management of operational processes or in project management Industry knowledge of the telecommunications environment is desirable Good analytical skills Strong communication and motivation Conflictability and Enforcement combined with high customer and service orientation Safe handling of MS Office applications
