In the sale we are responsible for the recovery, expansion and maintenance of our customer relationships. They take care of the concerns of our customers and thus make an important contribution to the care and development of our existing and new customer relationships. Their core activity is the new customer acquisition by telephone and the associated appointment agreement for our external service. They work in close contact with all relevant departments in the home and ensure compliance with the contractual agreements with regard to quality, consignment and sales requirements. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining our customer data in our systems. Together with the sales service, you create customer-specific analyses and develop process optimization measures. They actively participate in our sales activities and projects. The creation of offers as well as key figures and quality reports is also one of your tasks.

You have a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a degree, ideally with experience in the fields of forwarding and/or sale. In addition, you have very good German and good English skills in word and writing as well as good MS Word and Excel skills. They are contactful, have high communicative skills and have the pleasure of contacting customers by phone. They are motivated, persistent and inspire our potential and existing customers through your professional appearance and your persuasive power. They have a pronounced service and customer orientation. With your independent, targeted and solution-oriented way of working, you master any challenge. They are team-ready and engaged and have the pleasure to join the team actively and creatively.
