Your tasks

• You expect very varied and responsible tasks with a focus on new conception and further development of complex solutions in customer service management
• These include the analysis of business processes, the creation of request documents, the design of solution architectures, the implementation of workshops with specialist areas, the management of projects
• You understand yourself as a driver of digitalization and are interested in advancing highly integrated solutions with your colleagues.
• You are responsible for the system of our internal customers with the team
• You work closely with the operationally responsible departments and specialists, structuring requirements, finding accurate solutions and taxing projects, including abroad in Europe
• You stand in exchange with adjacent teams and ensure professional documentation of systems/processes in your area of responsibility

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies of (economic) computer science, business management or similar
• You have profound knowledge in the field of consulting salesforce systems and have accompanied complex IT projects independently
• You have knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud products
• Optimum round knowledge in the field of AI and bot technology
• You are interested in customer service processes and innovative solutions
• You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills and a high degree of self-organisational ability / structured approach
• You have very good language skills in German and English
• You have a strong customer orientation, Hands-On mentality and are happy to work in the team
