Head of Leasing / Refinancing at Family Businesses (m/f/d)

Our client is an owner-managed, medium-sized German family company in the field of intralogistics with 600 employees and an exceptionally value-adding corporate culture.

In a regulated age succession, our client is looking for a responsible head of leasing / refinancing (m/w/d) for its main location in the Hanau area. In your role, you are responsible for the economically viable, legally secure and efficient handling of leasing, rental and rental businesses and directly affect the profit of the company. You control the promotion of sales through the exhaustion of the scope of action for financing, remarketing and service services in a non-regulated environment and run a small team of modern and value-adding. You actively introduce proposals and ideas to develop and expand their business.

In our search, we are directed to candidate:include the experience in rental contracts, remarketing, rental or lease. Applicants: In the context of banks and leasing companies, candidates are just as happy to see them. First disciplinary leadership experience is desirable, but no need. Our client is also willing to accompany motivated candidates: from their way to leadership.

Management and further development of the contract management team with currently 5 employees Further development of leasing competence in the company incl. Regulatorics, risk management, refinancing requirements Strategic development of the business model Rental solutions and the contract models Leasing, Rental and Longterm Rental Responsibility for the entire contract life cycle: contract examination, installation, maintenance and termination incl. Economic and margin analyses Support for sales in complex contract negotiations or tenders residual value, risk and substance monitoring incl. Reporting Ensuring minimum compliance with leasing, commercial and tax law Responsible implementation of Sale-and-lease-back transactions for the purpose of refinancing

successfully completed commercial studies; alternatively successfully completed commercial training with further training Practical experience in manufacturing leasing, leasing, rental or financial services Ideally, first knowledge in leasing law, contract law, tax framework conditions and legal assessment of contractual risks Knowledge of financial-mathematical calculation and assessment models (bar value, interest service, eradication, residual values, etc.) Embossed analytical understanding, high number affinity, safe handling with Excel and BI tools Team player with strong communication and social competence as well as empathy in dealing with team members, colleagues Sovereign in dealing with different stakeholders – from sales to management and representatives of banks
