We are looking at the Department of Central Control and Services/Interne Services for the field of occupational health and safety at the earliest possible time for an employee as a specialist in occupational safety (m/w/d) Full time, unlimited Payment is made up to pay group 11 TVöD or grade A12.

Your tasks: Support of the employer for occupational safety and accident prevention in all matters of occupational safety (§ 6 AsiG) Creation and monitoring of risk assessments for the entire city administration Co-Administration of the Software for Risk Assessment (Quentic) Advising managers responsible for occupational safety and accident prevention Meeting workplaces, identifying and monitoring the elimination of defects Consultation in the context of building plan meetings between building management and departments Creating behavioural rules for employees To carry out further tasks in the field of occupational safety, e.g. participation in meetings of the Work Protection Committee, implementation of the Maternity Protection Act and cooperation in special projects of the subject area A change of the task area is reserved.

Your profile: completed higher education (Bachelor) in the field of engineering sciences or a comparable qualification (a completed course on occupational safety or safety engineer* is advantageous) Expertise in the creation and control of hazard assessments Knowledge of the software Quentic is desirable conceptual and structured working methods strong consulting skills and safe occurrence
