For our logistics center in Neuenstadt-Kochertüren we are looking for

Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for production planning and control in two-shift operation
• Organization of material flow from picking to shipping
• Control of a product-to-person commissioning system
• Warehouse personnel planning (approx. 60 employees per shift)
• direct guidance of about 20 employees
• Development and implementation of optimization measures in the field of logistics
• Ensure occupational safety and compliance with internal and legal regulations

What you bring:

• completed vocational training and/or relevant experience in the field of logistics
• Management experience and responsibility
• Experience in the field of a product-to-person commissioning system
• knowledge of German in word and writing and good English skills
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Experiences with the warehouse management software SAP EWM
• Ready for shiftwork
• Good and adaptable communication at all levels
• Planning and organizational capacity
• Reliability, team spirit, initiative and a structured way of working are of course for you
