As a commercial management, you play a central role here: You control economic development, create transparency in numbers and processes and actively contribute to the strategic development of the organisation – in close coordination with the management and the departments.

The Malteser Hilfsdienst is looking for a dedicated personality as a commercial director (m/w/d) in full time for the district and the diocese of Hamburg.

Control & Controlling You actively control economic development – from liquidity through planning and forecast in close cooperation with the management and the regional controlling You identify needs for action at an early stage, analyse deviations and bring concrete solutions together with those responsible.

Processes & Reporting ensure sleek, reliable controlling and financial processes and continuously develop these You create transparency through meaningful reporting and accompany the annual financial statements

Advice and cooperation You are a savings partner (m/w/d) for the services and support in commercial issues, calculations and further development of the offers You connect the relevant interfaces – in particular to our centralized accounting and regional controlling – and ensure smooth exchange

You have completed your studies in business or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance/controlling You bring several years of experience in controlling, finance or in a comparable commercial function with controlling responsibility – ideally in social or healthcare

Control & Analytical Competence You Think Business and Control Budgets, Forecasts and Business Key Figures You prepare complex facts addressable and create sound basis for decisions

Guided tours and cooperation You have management experience or willingness to take responsibility for the success of the organization You are working trustfully with management, controlling, accounting and operational units You are interested in continuously developing and are open to the takeover of employee responsibility

Personality & working You work structured, solution-oriented and with a high degree of reliability You communicate clearly and create transparency – even in complex topics
