Advice on Restructuring & Restructuring - IDW S 6 / Expert Opinion (m/f/d)

As part of the SCHNEIDER + PARTNER Advisory Group, we combine individual consulting with the possibilities of a strong interdisciplinary network. Mandate and Project Responsibility - You control rehabilitation and restructuring mandates autonomously and responsible for quality, resources and results Crisis analysis and rehabilitation concepts - you recognize causes of crisis, evaluate options for action and develop sustainable solutions. In addition, create expert reports and certificates according to IDW S 6, IDW S 11 and IDW S 9 Corporate and self-government planning - You translate analyses into resilient business and liquidity planning and accompany self-government procedures Implementation and earnings control - You bring reorganization concepts into practice, drive measures and keep track of dates, economics, budget and controlling Interdisciplinary cooperation - you bundle competences and develop holistic solutions together with tax advisors, auditors and lawyers from SCHNEIDER + PARTNER consultant group

Qualification and professional experience - You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification as well as experience (at least 3 years) in rehabilitation, restructuring or consulting Refurbishment expertise - You are familiar with refurbishment concepts and ideally bring knowledge of the relevant IDW standards as well as the self-management planning with Project management and decision-making strength - you structure challenging projects, set clear priorities and make well-founded decisions under time pressure Advice at eye level - you listen carefully, understand different interests and create confidence with openness, empathy and fingertips. Also in difficult situations you develop pragmatic and creative solutions
