As Group Manager Service Automation (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

You run a team of automation and digitization experts (m/w/d) both professionally and disciplinaryly and develop the skills of your employees in a targeted manner. Together with internal interfaces and international branches, you will standardise and optimise processes for the efficient handling of service and modernization projects. You are responsible for retrofitting and expanding existing systems with digitalization and automation solutions - including PLC programming, motion configuration and HMI integration. You coordinate the commissioning of the systems and ensure smooth implementation through close coordination with support, software development and project management. As a technical contact person, you take customer clarifications, support the service organization in complex issues and drive forward the further development of the service automation standards.

You have completed university studies in the fields of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year leadership experience and control SPS, Motion and HMI programming on Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and Siemens TIA Portal systems. You have experience in automation and retrofit projects, commissioning of industrial plants and industrial communication Interdisciplinary thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, as well as a sovereign occurrence in technical customer contact, you are characterized. Secure English skills and an existing readiness to travel complete your profile.
