performing test and measurement tasks with measuring means and measuring machines and visual checks. Evaluation, plausibility and documentation of all measurement results. Initial, intermediate and final tests for the production and use release. Identification and transmission of defective parts, assemblies and equipment. Creation and optimization of test procedures using technical drawings. Calculation of missing dimensions and selection of suitable test equipment. preparation and establishment of resources; Release or lock components. Documentation of quality deviations and creation of messages in the DV system. Participation in Cause Analysis in cooperation with internal and external partners. Test tasks for complaints including Target/actual comparison. Sorting, marking and forwarding of faulty components.

Safe handling of technical drawings, work plans and test documents. Experience in setting up and equipping measuring machines and in selecting suitable measuring means. Very good understanding of measurement technology and quality requirements. High reliability, accuracy and independent operation. Communication strength and ability to clearly and convincingly represent measurement results. Willingness to shiftwork as well as occasional multi-week and weekend work. Motivation to work on new topics and take responsibility.
