Deputy Head of Accounting Department (m/f/d)

In your role as Deputy Head of Accounting, you support the professional and organizational management of the area and, together with the team, ensure a structured, timely and reliable financial accounting. In doing so, you combine operational cooperation with coordination and further development of processes. This means: Support of department management in the technical management of accounting Own processing of current business transactions in financial accounting Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Ensuring proper accounting according to legal requirements Contact person Contact persons for internal interfaces and external bodies (e.g. tax advice, audit) Cooperation in the optimization and further development of accounting processes and structures Representation of department management in absence In short, together with the team, you will ensure that numbers are correct, processes are clear and reliability in the daily business remains guaranteed.

Completed commercial training with further training to the account holder (IHK) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting First experience in coordinating or deputy functions of advantage Structured, careful and responsible operation Safe handling of accounting software and common MS Office applications Joy of cooperation, clear communication and a good understanding of figures Excellent analytical thinking and high IT affinity
