Our client, the city of Geseke, is conveniently located in the east of the Soest district historically important military and commercial road ''Hellweg'', today's federal road 1. Geseke is easily accessible by train (Strecke Dortmund-Kassel).

The building management department deals mainly with the management and entertainment of around 60 buildings with an area of over 75,000 m2. In order to strengthen the existing team, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) in urban construction at the next possible time.

They are responsible for the independent project management of construction measures such as day care facilities, administrative, school and sports buildings of the city of Geseke incl. Cost calculations according to DIN 276 The project management, in cooperation with external planning offices, covers all phases of the AHO / HOAI's performance and concerns both the coordination and control of these in building function For smaller to medium-sized measures, you are responsible for planning, tendering and awarding as well as the construction management You check fees for external planning services

You have a completed university or university degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering They have a multiannual professional experience, ideally in the areas of tendering, awarding, building management and billing of civil engineering Knowledge of public building and procurement law is desirable, but not necessarily necessary They have good knowledge of the common regulations (BauO NRW, VOB, HOAI, technical construction regulations, DIN standards etc.) They have a good technical understanding and the ability to prepare and coordinate demanding and complex construction projects They have a high level of communication skills, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity vis-à-vis the stakeholders and contractors involved. Safe handling of MS Office applications and ideally experience in the application of AVA and CAD software You speak a negotiated German & own a driving license of class B
