Real estate agent (m/f/d)

– independent commercial support of our residential and commercial properties as well as central contact for existing renters – Control of rental and vacancies management – from the marketing of free areas to exposés, rental offers and visits to the preparation and support of contract negotiations and conclusion – Comprehensive lease management including terminations, allowances, cancellation agreements, lease adjustments and indexing as well as supervision of contract, option and termination periods – Supporting contract extensions and new negotiations and coordination of rental conditions with the management – Processing of special tenants and contract matters including dunning, as well as cooperation with external lawyers in the case of mie law issues – organisation and monitoring of transfers, acceptances and rental changes as well as coordination of necessary measures with our facility management, craftsmen and external service providers – cooperation with brokers and other market participants, market observation and rental reporting as well as commercial support of remodels and selected projects

– Completed training as a real estate businessman / real estate businesswoman, training as a real estate businessman or a comparable real estate economic qualification – Multiannual relevant professional experience in commercial real estate management, rental and property management – Funded knowledge of rental contract management as well as a good understanding of legal and commercial relationships – Experience in the independent support of tenants and in dealing with interested parties, brokers and external service providers – Sovereign and binding occurrence as well as negotiation skills – even in more challenging conversation situations – Self-employed, structured and conscientious working with a secure view to contracts, numbers and deadlines – Secure handling of MS Office and digital work processes Experiences with commercial leases, DOMUS ERP / CRM or comparable house management software, as well as knowledge in handling floor plans and area calculations are of advantage.
