Support and individual support of participants during rehab training Advice and social pedagogical support to promote personal and professional development Conducting regular individual and group meetings Ensuring and documentation of sustainable integration success in education and employment Support for participants during the trial period and support for transition to the labour market Conducting behavioural training and promoting social skills Support in managing personal and organisational challenges, such as conflict management, crisis intervention, debt regulation and time management Close cooperation with instructors, employers, authorities and other stakeholders in the rehabilitation process

Complete study of social education, social work, medical education, rehabilitation education, special education or a comparable discipline As an alternative to state-recognized educators, youth and home educators, nurses or work educators with appropriate additional qualifications and relevant professional experience Ideally experience in the areas of vocational preparation, education and training, coaching, applicant training or integration measures Representative consulting and support competence High social competence as well as empathic and value-estimating handling of different target groups Loadability, flexibility and solution-oriented thinking Self-employed and structured work Very good communication and organization skills
