SPA Reception Manager (m/f/d)

A warm welcome and professional care of our guests at the SPA reception as well as first contact person for all questions regarding the stay at the MIZU ONSEN SPA Organisation, coordination and ensuring a smooth running at the SPA reception Professional scheduling and administration of treatments, applications and all SPA bookings Individual and competent advice from our guests on our SPA offer as well as active sale of high-quality care products and applications Close cooperation with the SPA management and support in administrative and operational tasks Responsibility for goods orders, warehouse management and implementation of monthly inventory Professional processing of guest wishes, complaints and individual concerns with the highest service requirement Support in the introduction of new employees and ensuring our quality, hygiene and service standards throughout the SPA area

successfully completed training in the hotel, wellness, tourism or service sector; ideally with professional experience at a SPA reception or in the upscale hotel industry Embossed service and guest orientation Organizational design, structured working Experience in dealing with appointment and booking systems and good IT skills Communication strength, professional and well-kept appearance and a safe and friendly appearance to guests Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English; other foreign languages are advantageous Self-employed, reliable and responsible work Loadability, flexibility and high readiness Joy in the active sale of high-quality SPA products and competent guest care A strong host set as well as the ability to work together constructively in the team and contribute to a positive working environment
