As a Team Lead User Centered Design (m/w/d), you are responsible for the professional leadership and further development of a small UX/UI team and at the same time work as an experienced senior in the entire user centered design process.

Heading and development of our UX/UI team with empathy, clarity and an open, cooperative leadership style. You give constructive feedback, create trust and promote independent work Takeover of the structuring, timing and prioritization of tasks in the team Creation of user flows, Wireframes and interactive prototypes as well as design of attractive, user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and (KI)language applications Planning and accompaniment of User Research, UX Testing and Design (Thinking) Workshops Close cooperation with product strategy, development and management to translate requirements into user-centric solutions and designs Active driving forward the integration of user-centered design in the company and anchoring user-centred thinking and working methods in processes and products

You have several years of professional experience in the UX/UI design and brings a broad understanding of UCD methods You have already gained experience in the leadership of designers and have fun anchoring UCD even deeper in the organization You have several years of experience in User Research Figma is your second home, you apply design systems and already use the AI functions You are empathic, structured, strong communication and have a “Getting Things Done” mentality readiness to travel
