Internship Human Resources - HR Administration (m/f/d)

During your HR Administration internship, you support all interns in the Group on HR-relevant topics. This is what awaits you You have the operational responsibility of your own care area within the group of companies (from the recruitment process to the certification) In addition, you are a contact person for departments and applicants in all administrative HR topics You provide self-responsible personal master data in EC and SAP HCM as well as the electronic personal file In addition, you will create certificates as well as contracts Finally, you support the preparation of the monthly wage and salary billing as well as for HR-cross-projects

You complete a study of the business, humanities or social sciences and/or commercial training You have organisational skills and an independent and careful way of working Your safe occurrence, your communication strength and your understanding of confidential data characterize you You show commitment and enjoy team work Secure handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel) as well as very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
