Completion & Accounting You take over the independent production and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS and ensure the quality and timeliness of the entire final process. You are responsible for complex accounting and assessment issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and accounting standards and actively supporting the further development of accounting policies and final processes. You also support consolidated financial statements, intercompany voting and consolidation processes. Mergers & Acquisitions As part of corporate acquisitions and strategic projects, you accompany financial due diligence audits from Accounting View. You analyze balance sheet issues, evaluate risks and opportunities and support the integration of new companies and the implementation of relevant accounting requirements. Advice and cooperation As a key player in demanding accounting and accounting issues, you will advise departments, executives and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, tax advisors and authorities. With your expertise, you contribute to sound decisions and convince different stakeholders through professional and solution-oriented advice. In addition, you support the professional development of colleagues within the accounting area. Financial Accounting, Governance & Process Optimization You are responsible for selected areas of financial accounting and reporting and ensure compliance with internal control systems (IKS) and all relevant compliance requirements. At the same time, you identify optimization potentials in accounting processes, drive their implementation forward and accompany the introduction of new systems and procedures. By creating meaningful analyses, forecasts and evaluations, you make a significant contribution to the transparency and financial management of the company.

What distinguishes you: Training & technical expertise You have a successfully completed training for the tax specialist (m/w/d), tax specialist (m/w/d), account holder (m/w/d) or an economics study with a focus on finance, accounting or tax. In addition, you bring well-founded knowledge of trading and tax law as well as very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB and ideally IFRS. You have at least seven years of professional experience in Accounting, Accounting, Taxing or Annual Accounting and have already gained extensive experience in complex corporate structures or corporate environments. Experiences in dealing with audits, consolidation issues and M&A projects complete your profile. Working methods and personal skills You are characterized by an extremely structured, precise and independent way of working. Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you understand complex financial relationships quickly and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions. You take responsibility for demanding topics, work confidently with different stakeholders and convince with your high consulting skills and your safe occurrence. You communicate safely in German (C1) and have good English skills (B1) in word and writing.
