The administrative operation to ensure 24/7 operation of the 450 MHz radio network and the associated services is one of your tasks. You are responsible for the administration of a variety of standardized systems and components for the connection and processing of data, such as routers, SMGW, counters and solutions for the black-fall-proof internal communication. You control, commission and monitor service providers in the field of long-distance networks (MPLS) and network security components, such as firewalls. In addition, you take over the processing and maintenance of our assets in the operating support systems (BSS) and ensure proper documentation of our network technology systems. You also support measures to improve the information security of the e-network Südhessen and carry out corresponding activities in consultation with the relevant security manager. The calculation and creation of offers for external companies and service providers complete your task profile.
