Together with the administration, you will ensure an efficient organization within the administrative center and actively support the three churches with their communities in their diverse innovation and transformation processes. This means: Ensuring well-functioning administrative processes to ensure a fair and timely service, as well as continuous development of structures to a modern and service-oriented organization Interface management internally to the departments, externally to municipalities, church districts and the regional church, incl. motivating management and support of the departmental directors and staff of the Office

completed studies (e.g. Master/Diplom from the fields of law, administration/public management or business management); Alternatively, a training (e.g. lawyer employed or administrative employees) with corresponding further training professional and management experience, ideally from public-law administrative structures, as well as a high motivation to assume generalistic responsibility in ecclesiastical structures Pleasure of advice and design of change processes and patience to implement them sustainably
