Learn and support the Design & Insights team at ZEISS Digital Partners along the entire UX research process that covers Support in developing a research plan for early stage/Design Thinking projects
Support preparing research guidelines, conducting onsite or remote research to explore user needs and validate hypotheses
Support in documenting and preventing research data efficient
Supporting synthesis of actionable insights with team members
Building knowledge on AI tools and methodologies
Supporting workshops and conducting research
Providing administrative support for design research operations
Gain first-hand experience in strategic development of future customer experiences for ZEISS products and services. Learn about Design Thinking, Service Design, and User Research from experienced team members in a diverse, international team. Explore various fields and industries, including medical technology, eye care, industrial metrology, and more.
you study communication science, psychology, anthropology, human–computer interaction, UX design - or a similar field
in design thinking, user research, UI/UX design and agile development
a basic knowledge of customer / user research and methods and want to learn more
you think and work in structured ways, are good at self-organizing, time and task management
interested in new technology and how it can improve human experiences
empathetic and a great team player
fluent in English and ideally
you are willing to come to our Munich office 2x per week
