Central contact person: You are the central contact person for employees in all IT-relevant issues and act as an interface to the central IT. Efficient support: The user support for hardware and software problems is provided via the ticket system and ensures a fast and sustainable problem solution. Reliable system administration: Servers manage, operate and maintain the network infrastructure and ensure smooth IT operation. Structured IT implementation: Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software as well as peripheral devices, including covers and rollouts, perform according to defined standards. Accompanying project coordination: In addition, you will accompany IT projects and plan and carry out training for employees.

A completed training in the IT field (e.g. specialist informatics, IT system electronics, IT system businessman) or a comparable degree course will be provided. You have first professional experience in system administration, in particular with Microsoft Windows Server (from 2016), in terminal server environments and backup solutions as well as working with different network components. The administration of current Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) dominates you routined; Knowledge of VMware vSphere and PowerShell are desirable. High self-motivation, flexibility and a pronounced service orientation combine you with communication and team skills. The willingness to participate in IT readiness, interest in technologies in the medical environment and good German knowledge round off your profile.
