The regional club ADAC Südbayern e.V. was founded in 1905. About 400 employees are now working in our 17 offices in South Bavaria. Here we take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and of course ADAC membership.

They support our management by creating meaningful reports, presentations and status reports; Information research and independent preparation and preparation of meeting results. They define and optimize processes and structures and create recommendations for action. In this context, you are responsible for the continuous optimization and the digitization of the processes and workflows in close cooperation with the departments. They take over the project management as part of process optimization and support the introduction of new technologies and new digital solutions. The care, development and follow-up of strategic special topics (e.g. sustainability and quality management) is also part of your task.

You can demonstrate a successfully completed study with a focus on economics or a comparable qualification as well as multiannual experience in an assistance or lecture function at management level. They have gained experience in the field of project and process management and ideally in the field of digitalization. They are safe to use the current project management tools.
