This makes this job interesting to me: 50Hertz is responsible for the power supply of more than 18 million people and makes a significant contribution to the energy transition. In my capacity as an engineer for free lines in the Eastern Regional Centre, I secure the successful implementation of all maintenance projects in management technology and thus support the network expansion in the south of Brandenburg and in the east of Saxony. In addition, I take an active role in the coordination and professional processing of requests from external partners. My tasks: I take responsibility for planning and implementing maintenance and network expansion projects, I prioritise, plan and control the necessary rebuilding measures for free lines in compliance with technical, legal and normative requirements, With my expertise, I carry out calculations on electrical parameters of the lines and evaluate them, In case of need, I order and tax external service providers, I accompany trasssing measures, assess structural matters, provide necessary documents and monitor the implementation by third parties, I provide for the safeguarding of right of entry in forests and on land, In our team I carry out technical training and instruction, I also accompany the projects from the commercial and contractual side, including budget and resource planning, and also work with the purchase, I also agree with licensing authorities, customers, owners and other stakeholders, I am actively involved in working groups and bodies.
