Product group manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the development and introduction of a single product group management system in the BLB NRW and the development of cross-departmental procurement strategies You carry out needs and market analyses, analyse the possibilities of consolidating needs and act in the event of tenders for, among others, framework contracts with You prepare strategy reports, action plans and monitor their implementation using key figures You advise the purchasing departments and branches in terms of choice of materials, prices, suppliers and capacities and support the implementation of pilot projects or major projects or new procurement procedures. You represent the interface between strategic and operational purchasing and demand providers in the headquarters and offices and conduct project-related procurement negotiations You contribute to the consultation, planning and implementation of procurement procedures, taking into account product group management, creating guides and conducting seminars and workshops When performing your tasks and activities, you will report to the department and central department management

You have successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/ Diploma/Master) of the Department of Economics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: You were able to gain at least two years of professional experience in strategic purchasing or product group management Ideally, you will have first experience in the purchase of construction services, building services and knowledge of the various forms of contract law (including VOB, VgV) Teamability, a sovereign appearance as well as the ability to communicate complex issues in a manner that is appropriate to the address, You work structured, independent and result-oriented and have a pronounced ability and joy in connected thinking and acting You have experiences in dealing with the most common Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and ideally bring SAP knowledge with

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
