As an intern change management (d/m/w/x), you support the development of concepts and measures to support change and transformation projects. You actively participate in communication and participation formats for executives and employees. You bring your own ideas and contributions to workshops, concepts and team formats. In addition, you support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops and change actions. As a permanent team member, you work closely with the team and gain exciting insights into modern organizational and change processes.
