Qualification: Completed technical university studies (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) of the fields of civil engineering (construction, construction engineering) or architecture (construction) or comparable qualification in one of the above mentioned fields Competences: knowledge in public building law, the relevant regulations in federal and regional construction (RBBau, LBauO) and in construction planning law or the willingness to acquire them in the short term Understanding structural engineering relationships Embossed user knowledge of the IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) – in particular deepened knowledge in Microsoft Excel – as well as the use of the Internet Basic business knowledge desirable Other: driving licence class B and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently Willingness to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory readiness to verify safety pursuant to Federal Security Review Act (SÜG) Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer- /addressed behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
