Administration, operation and further development of the Windows Server Infrastructure Management and optimization of Microsoft Azure Services (e.g. Entra ID, Virtual Desktop Integration etc.) Active Directory, Group Policy and User Management, and OT-close Windows systems Management and integration of hybrid and Azure cloud solutions taking into account OT requirements Planning and implementation of IT/OT security concepts Implementation and operation of hybrid cloud scenarios Monitoring, bug analysis and troubleshooting Automation of processes using PowerShell Planning and implementation of updates, patches and migrations Documentation of systems, processes and changes Cooperation with internal specialist departments (e.g. production, automation technology) and with external service providers

Complete training as a specialist system integration or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT infrastructure with focus on Microsoft Windows server administration Found experience in the administration of hybrid, virtualized IT landscapes with focus on Azure Cloud services Experience in the OT environment or in industrial IT structures as well as a basic understanding of production and automation systems Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. IEC 62443) and ideally existing Azure certifications Good knowledge of PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph API Self-contained, structured and careful operation as well as strong customer and team orientation First experiences in agile methods of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English Preferably, you bring an understanding of artificial intelligence and its possibilities of use
