Senior Specialist Employee Service (m/f/d)

You act as a central contact person for the employees of large and complex associated (specialised) areas As a senior specialist employee service, you take over the holistic, independent consulting and support of all personal business topics along the entire employee-life cycle in the associated care area You are responsible for ensuring the systematic implementation of all personal and administrative processes in this respect, including stakeholders’ correspondence and communication You ensure compliance with statutory, collective and operational regulations and work with the implementation of HR strategies and projects of HR departments Your tasks also include ensuring the setting process: creating and following recruitment documents, supporting the complete contract management including individual (additional) agreements, monitoring the onboarding process You take over the implementation of employee data entry and care in SAP as well as the management and care of the digital personnel file, ensuring the proper documentation and archiving of processes You accompany and process individual measures and disciplinary measures (in defined case groups) in coordination with the executives and with the participation of the works council As a senior specialist employee service you solve different individual problems as well as development and pronunciation of recommendations for action You create works council hearings, work certificates and certificates You are responsible for advising and processing costs in continuing training, educational applications, etc. You are responsible for controlling and performing the offboarding process You lead or act on projects in their own competence and overarching HR field with You advise and process complex individual processes, e.g. on part-time, occupational retirement or BEM discussions

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable degree course with a focus on human resources or a completed specialist training with long-term relevant professional experience as well as HR-specific additional qualifications You have been able to gather several years of professional experience in personal and personal care and advice, ideally in the HR environment of an industrial company Knowledge of collective bargaining, labour, social and labour law as well as labour and social security law is available You bring very good knowledge in MS Office and SAP HCM You are characterized by a high degree of autonomy and structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation In addition, you have a strong communication strength, service orientation and consulting skills, as well as a high social competence and team skills The fun of dealing with people and enthusiasm complete your profile
