You create technical requirements for the technical implementation of transformation projects with the focus on finance, controlling and operations You analyze and develop implementation options including the subsequent coordination with the respective specialist and IT departments You document and design (final) processes and target operating models (insurance and finance) You analyze data and help identify source systems and data for interface and data flow design You analyze and visualize the impact of transformation projects on affected business areas and processes

You bring professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with a focus on financial and accounting as well as controlling Ideally, you have project experience in IFRS 17, Solvency II and/or Multi GAAP Accounting as well as Forecast and Plan You have several years of experience in the reinsurance industry in finance, operations or data management You are ready to travel within Europe You have knowledge of the English language
