Head of University Infrastructure (E15 TV-L) (m/f/d)

You combine well-founded expertise with leadership and control competencies and have the pleasure of developing an interdisciplinary team, strategically designing and impetus. As a management, you are not only responsible for your business, but are also part of a small, partnership-based management team with the managing director and other executives. In this role, you are actively involved in the strategic development of the entire institute and participate in key future topics. We are currently revising our leadership team in two business areas – a special opportunity to put fresh impulses together and to think things new. Your role and tasks You run the business unit in professional, human, financial and organizational terms. You lead and develop a team of currently 10 employees. You enter the business area professionally and take over project management tasks to a smaller extent. You represent the business area to the outside with respect to ministries, universities and research institutions. You participate in committees and advisory boards, actively engage in networks and continue to build strategic partnerships. As part of the management team, you are actively involved in the strategic development of the entire institute and are involved in key future topics.

You have successfully completed university studies, ideally from one of the fields of facility management, civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, energy, building and environmental engineering. You have professional experience in leadership positions, ideally in university or campus infrastructure management. You act as a guiding force sovereign, value-estimating and diplomatic, give orientation and are characterized by safe occurrence, empathy, enforcement capacity and pronounced communication capability. You are competent in the analysis of facts, development of concepts and their implementation management in practice. You are experienced in project management and controlling You have a high degree of planning and methods competence. You are interested in designing and thinking innovative.
