Approval planning taking into account all necessary technical and legal requirements Development of applications for approval under BImSchG, Water, Waste and Building Law, and coordination with the authorities and public bodies involved Preparation and monitoring of appointments with the client, authorities and associations Writing of opinions under the administrative procedure Examination of the accredited decision and accompanied by opposition and action Customer support and advice

Immission protection experience, ideally including approval procedures Basic knowledge in one of the areas of environmental and nature protection, public planning law, administrative law or spatial planning You are able to interdisciplinaryly deal with economic and technical aspects. You can freely formulate worded texts and have the ability to identify and understand technical and legal contexts. Self-employed work as well as pronounced social competence and team skills You think in solutions, not in problems and like to take responsibility in the team. Excellent knowledge of the German language Knowledge and professional experience in the subjects presented are desirable, but not condition. We also like to give professional beginners a chance.
