Control and coordination of international strategic IT initiatives in close cooperation with CIO-Office and CFO-organisation Working in strategic projects focusing on financial management, transparency and decision-making Creation, maintenance and development of project, budget and forecast planning Implementation of milestone, budget and status tracking including management reporting Creation of ad hoc analyses, business cases and decision bases for top management Consolidation, analysis and preparation of relevant financial and project data for CIO and CFO Preparation, support and follow-up of management and executive meetings including agenda, presentations and decision documents CFO support in the organisation, prioritization and coordination of strategic appointments and content Continuous optimization of control, reporting and decision processes in the CIO and CFO environment
