For our location in Neunkirchen or Giebelstadt we are looking for

Account Manager (m/w/d)

Own-responsible planning, control and implementation of internal investigations in the global context, including preparation of investigation plans, preparation and implementation of employee interviews, collection of opinions and analytical evaluation of documents and data

Consumption and structured processing of information on potential internal misconduct as well as professional communication with clerks in an international environment

Legal assessment of facts and results of investigations taking into account different jurisdictions and deriving sound and practical recommendations

Coordination and close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as part of internal investigations Creation and coordination of reports on investigation/results, drafts of decisions and opinions for different stakeholders

Advising executives and HR with regard to appropriate measures for remediation

Continuous development of the reporting system to strengthen governance, processes and controls sustainably and effectively

Participation in compliance risk assessments and further development and implementation of compliance controls

Support in the continuous development of the CMS incl. Policy management, governance documentation and design and implementation of awareness measures for various international target groups

Promoting a corporate culture characterised by integrity, respect and responsibility that strengthens confidence and cooperation within the organisation

Successfully completed 2nd legal state exams, economic lawyer or equivalent, additional training (e.g. CFE) desirable

Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of internal investigations, preferably acquired in an internationally operating company, alternatively in an audit firm or a specialised law firm

Knowledge about several jurisdictions (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU Whistleblower-RL)

Knowledge of adjacent legal areas such as criminal law, labour law and data protection are advantageous

Knowledge of the use of forensic analysis instruments and eDiscovery in special studies desirable

Very good knowledge of German and English as well as any other language is of advantage

High level of integrity, discreet handling of sensitive information and awareness of responsibility

Organisational and project management skills as well as good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

Very good knowledge of MS Office

Self-responsible and proactive work with a view to the essential

Analytical and targeted approach with the ability to handle complex facts consistent and structured

Knowledge in the field of risk management and control is advantageous

There is the possibility to work on mobile Ø 2-3 days/week.
