For our Legal, Compliance & Internal Control Directorate, we are looking for one or more Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Become a member of our Legal Team and advise as an “Allrounder” on a variety of exciting legal issues. We understand ourselves as a business partner who actively shape the development of our company.

Excess responsibility for the legal advice of management and departments in all relevant legal matters Designs, audits and negotiated contracts and legally relevant documents Accompany proactive projects with the aim of exploiting opportunities and avoiding or reducing risks Check and evaluate legal claims and accompany their enforcement or Defence Analyze current case law and legislation, derive the measures necessary for the company and accompany its implementation Join the transformation of our legal department, in which you contribute, for example, to initiatives to optimize our processes and implement digitalization measures

Practical professional experience in the legal department of a company and/or a (economic) law firm Experience in one or more of the following topics: banking law (in particular consumer credit law, credit security), leasing law, insolvency law, insurance or insurance intermediary law, IT law, data protection law, competition and antitrust law Experience in contract design and safe handling of complex legal issues Good economic understanding and willingness to understand the operational processes and technical requirements and act as a business partner Pragmatic, independent working and the ability to develop practical solutions Very good knowledge of the usual MS Office applications and IT affinity Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
