As a team leader (m/w/d) Technical Infrastructure, you play a key role in the further development of our technological facilities and properties. Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our bathrooms, parking facilities, buildings and the fleet. You combine technological know-how with leadership, drive projects and create sustainable solutions for the future. You work closely with internal departments, service providers and authorities, and actively contribute to the further development of our facility management. Your exciting tasks: Technical and professional leadership of the Tech nical Infrastructure team with eight employees Support for the areas of technological building management, bathing technology, car park technology, fleet and greenery Planning, control and monitoring of construction and maintenance measures in the properties of the Franken­thal municipal works Participation in the development of technological and structural measures • the creation of analyses and technological developments and the development of optimisation and investment measures Development and introduction of operational control and controlling instruments for operational and cost optimization Optimization of processes and workflows as well as further development of the organizational structures in the area of responsibility Support the management of strategic and operational issues relating to facility management Participation in the expansion of the service offer for further internal and external contractors

Successfully completed studies in the field of facility management, building technology, supply technology, civil engineering or comparable quality In the case of a master's or tech­nical qualification with corresponding economic characteristics Multiannual experience in technical building management or in comparable tasks Experience in the control and coordination of construction and maintenance services, in particular in the field of building and plant engineering Known in the field of building control technology, ideally with systems from Kieback & Peter First or multiannual leadership experience and joy in the further development of employees Representative negotiating skills and safe occurrence Safe handling of current MS Office applications Analytical, struc­tured and self­professional procedures High service and customer orientation as well as an embossed hands-on-ment To develop new themes and to communicate them
