You create and optimize work plans for machining components and establish suitable manufacturing processes taking into account capacity, cost-effectiveness and technical specifications. Material cuts, schedule times and required production equipment are determined independently and thus ensure efficient preparation of new and series production. For externally manufactured machining components, create and coordinate foreign production requests and agree with internal specialist areas as well as external suppliers. You analyse existing manufacturing processes in terms of cost, quality and throughput times, carry out economic considerations and develop concrete measures to increase efficiency. Evaluate and calculate improvements within the framework of the CS and operational proposition and support projects and special tasks in the production and production environment.

You have completed technical studies, for example in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable field of expertise. Multiannual professional experience in work preparation, production planning, production planning or production control will bring you along; Knowledge of machining or metal processing is advantageous. You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, work planning and economic production processes and can analyze and implement optimization potentials in a structured manner.
